Community Services Coalition

With generous financial help from the City of Williamsburg, the Counties of James City and York, Colonial Williamsburg and Anheuser-Busch Companies, and more than 500 businesses, churches, service clubs, organizations and individuals, the Community Services Coalition purchased, renovated and opened the new Historic Triangle Community Services Center in November, 1994.

Today, our Center is home to about a dozen agencies which serve individuals, families and groups in all three local communities. They seek to improve the lives of thousands of clients from toddlers to seniors, from stressed families to the handicapped; activities from United Way's fundraising and Head Start training to checkups, mentoring, physical activity, wellness programs, and family counseling.



Immigration Law PLLC

L&L Immigration Law, PLLC specializes in the practice of immigration law. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, the firm's main office is located just five miles south of the Arlington Immigration Court and less than 50 miles from the Baltimore Immigration Court. The office is also close to northern Virginia and Maryland field offices of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

The firm has a second office in the Hampton Roads area in southeastern Virginia. This office serves clientele in the Williamsburg and Tidewater regions of Virginia.

The Historic Triangle Community Services Center has 3500 Square Feet of Hall rental space that can accommodate 350 people.

Flea Market

The Peninsula Aging & Disability Resource Center (PADRN)

The Peninsula Aging & Disability Resource Network (PADRN) represents a collaborative partnership among public and private providers of long-term services and supports. Network providers coordinate practices to better assist individuals with streamlined information and access to services that support community living and aging in place. The network functions under the direction of the Peninsula Agency on Aging (PAA). Partners in this office include (1) PAA’s Senior Health Assistance Resource Program (SHARP), (2) the Peninsula Center for Independent Living, and (3) the PADRN administration. RIDES provides non-emergency medical transportationfor seniors 55 and older
and the disabled of any age. Service is available for residents of Williamsburg, James City County, and the Bruton District of York. Volunteers always needed.

Our Mission is to help individuals and families obtain skills and find the opportunities that will move them toward self-reliance; to provide assistance when necessary; and to educate the public in Williamsburg and James City County about the causes and effects of, as well as the solutions to poverty.

Head Start is a national program that promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families.

Fish could use your donations - just bring them to the HTCSC Office


FISH is a volunteer agency that provides emergency help to residents of the Greater Williamsburg Area. FISH depends entirely upon a caring community for food, clothing and cash donations. Our church collects food for FISH and members.

Hours: 9am - 4pm - Monday thru Friday



The main objective of Rotary is Service – in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world. Rotarians develop community service projects that address many of today’s most critical issues, such as children at risk, poverty and hunger, the environment, illiteracy and violence. They also support programs for youth, educational opportunities and international exchanges for students, teachers and other professionals, and vocational and career development.

Heart to Heart is a nurse owned and operated on-site Healthcare instruction company serving Tidewater Virginia and beyond. We are certified instructors through the American Heart Association, the Virginia Board of Nursing, and The Department of Social Services who provide quality, enjoyable Healthcare training classes throughout Virginia. We are dedicated to providing flexible and affordable Healthcare training to everyone from the lay person to the experienced health care professional!
